A pertinent and intelligent question such as this surely deserves the fullest response doesn’t it? Of course, you can spend almost no money at all and wind up with a useless wind turbine, but this article is about spending around $150 on a wind turbine that cuts your electric bill by 80%. This article is about how to build a wind turbine with those specifications.

Depending on the size of your desired project, you can learn how build a wind turbine using wood blades or, for the smaller projects, wide diameter PVC pipe. The diameter of your wind turbine blades should be 8 feet-meaning 4 feet a blade. Any wind turbine that produces more than 1000 watts is recommended to upgrade to wooden blades. All of this is outlined in the modern wind turbine plans, along with how to get most of the parts for free.

You can get your tower without paying a red cent. Same goes with a deep cycle battery and body. Everything can be acquired for very cheap. Usually, the most expensive item on the menu is a DC motor. The planner have not just consider how to build a wind turbine for cheap, but how to guarantee one for under $200-an efficient one I should say.

Modern plans answer the question of how to build a wind turbine with the simplest possible words, phrases, instructions, diagrams, and explanations so anybody can build their own wind turbine. They make the equation very simple and at the same time teach you how to make it extremely cheap.

A wind turbine is a machine which turns the kinetic energy from the wind by catching it with its blades into mechanical energy by its spinning. The mechanical energy from its spinning turbine is then converted into electrical energy for consumption. This can be used in a large scale like the wind turbines of Denmark, or small scale for buildings and houses.

Wind energy is a type of solar energy; it is caused by the heat from the sun, spinning of the Earth and the irregularities of its land. This makes a wind turbine generator one of the best utility sources there is. It produces no pollution, very little noise (a household wind turbine generator just makes as much noise as a washing machine) and is very cheap to build. A wind turbine works the opposite way of a fan. A fan uses electricity to rotate its blades and create a wind flow; a wind turbine generator on the other hand catches the wind to rotate its blades and converts the mechanical energy into electricity.

A wind turbine generator has three parts, the blade, a shaft that connects the blade to the third part, a generator. When the blade rotates, this would spin the shaft and make the generator work. A wind turbine generator for a house needs about 300 RPMs from the generator to produce enough electricity to save about ninety percent of electricity costs. Basically, a larger and taller wind turbine is more effective because the higher it goes, the better the wind flow.

If you consider getting a wind turbine I would suggest to get a guide which will help you assembling and even building your own wind turbine. Best guides reviewed. Using the #1 guide you will be able to build and install a wind turbine with less than 200$.

People all over the world use wind energy to power their houses with electricity. Best guides to start using wind power as energy and make your own wind turbine if you want to save thousands of dollars on your electricity bills.

What appliance do we have that is taking so much energy? What appliances or electronic devices can go over 300kWh?

Turn off every applicance in your house that you arent using.
Only use the bare minimum of lighting.
Harden up and turn off your heaters whenever possible.
Cut down on hot water usage.
If your fridge is bigger than you actually need, get a littler one, if you cant get by with a smaller one, get a more energy efficent one - that is if it costs less than the power it uses.

Cook extremely fast (not so fast you get food poisoning though), dont use the warming drawer. Avoid baking.

Cold wash whenever possible.

And if your a geek with a gazillion computers like me……turn them the hell off, or at least some of them, and use the smallest power supplies possible. CRTs are also complete bastards power wise.

Thats all i can really think of at the moment, im sure you can dream up more.
